Fighting climate change won’t mean the end of economic growth

The David Suzuki Foundation co-conducted a study that concludes that Canada can succeed economically while meeting targets to reduce global warming pollution.

They say that it is the first study of its kind to show regional impacts on employment and GDP, and the first to comprehensively examine how Canada can meet a greenhouse gas reduction target that goes beyond the federal government’s target.
