Frances Moore Lappé receives Prize

Another Laureate we congratulate: Frances Moore Lappé (USA, RLA 1987) is the 2011 winner of the Nonino Rist D’Aur Prize. The jury’s motivation:
“For over thirty years Frances Moore Lappé has been listening to her ancient song and invites us to return to the rhythms of the origins, to a kind of growing respect of the environment, to give the animal world its role back and understand that all we waste is a sin. A cry we cannot be deaf to.”
