20 years ago: Mart’n Almada discovers Archives of Terror

Twenty years ago, Martín Almada (RLA 2002) discovered the so-called “Archives of Terror”. The documents proved the reign of terror in several South-american military dictatorships and played an important role in the case against General Pinochet.
